What is included in the rental
At handover, we explain how to operate the equipment and provide the standard equipment for the particular machine or accessory.
- Documentation and manualDocumentation and operating manual for the rented equipment.
- Transport documentsDocuments required for transport, as applicable to the particular equipment.
- Operating fluids for topping upFluids for routine topping up, according to the machine type.
Fuel: full tank at collection and return
We hand over machines with combustion engines with a full tank, and they must be returned with a full tank. If fuel is missing on return, we will top it up and charge for the fuel supplied.
For an incident covered by the active service, you pay no excess. PEMA covers the cost of repairing or replacing the destroyed or stolen machine.

The agreed scope and security requirements apply. Incorrect operation and neglected maintenance are not covered.

For a normal technical breakdown, we come to the agreed operating site. Technician travel, out-of-hours assistance and any machine exchange with transport are included.

Also applies when you collect the machine yourself. Replacement depends on availability; 24/7 does not guarantee immediate arrival.
