During the major overhaul of the Atlas Copco ZT 75 VSD oil-free compressor, we lent the customer an oil-free machine of the same output. In Pelhřimov, we refurbished the main motor, replaced the screw elements, and after testing, returned the compressor to service.
Two Alup Allegro 37 compressors replaced the aging Atlas Copco machines. The delivery was complemented by a condensation dryer unit Alup ADQ 462 and modification of the compressed air line.
For the service workshop of a car dealership focused on electric vehicles, we implemented AIRNET compressed air distribution. The project combined demands for quality air distribution and a clean visual finish of the aluminum piping.
For a water-cooled compressor with approximately 90,000 operating hours, we dismantled main parts directly at the customer's site using a gantry crane. At the workshop, the overhaul of both screw elements, the motor, and replacement of worn parts followed, then testing and handover.
